Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to manage and develop our HRIS, analyze and process data, and support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in organizations with over 1000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance the HRIS to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Process and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system improvements.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management in organizations with over 500 employees.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data processing.
Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and other data processing software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in HRIS software and tools.
