Mr. Takashi Yamagishi - Deputy Chief Internal Audit Officer, Internal Audit Office was awarded the title of Appreciated Manager at Mcredit's Business Conference. Living and working away from family, he managed to complete the work excellently with the help of his enthusiastic colleagues.

“I came to Vietnam and started working at Mcredit 2 years ago. The first stage was really difficult because at that time, the Covid-19 epidemic was still complicated. Furthermore, consumer finance was a fairly new field in Vietnam and Mcredit was still a young company, so I had to spend a lot of time researching and learning the working mechanism of the 3-rounds-protection in Vietnam and Mcredit", Mr. Takashi shared.

He emphasized: “It is fortunate that I get to work with many excellent young people, who are always full of energy and enthusiasm in the work of the Internal Audit Office. The team spirit and skills are very high, thereby the work is always resolved quickly and work efficiency is improved significantly.

In addition, timely direct instructions and enthusiastic support from the Company's Board of Directors as well as the Supervisory Board help Internal Audit's work go smoothly and achieve greater efficiency.

I haven’t been living in Vietnam for so long, but I already have fallen in love with this beautiful country with its unique culture and history, attractive cuisine, along with hospitable and friendly people. Besides work, I often spend time learning more about Vietnam. I really love the cuisine here because of the diversity and richness of dishes and flavors, especially” pho” and craft beer.

In the future, I look forward to working with my colleagues to continue to improve the activities of the Internal Audit Office, contributing more value to Mcredit. At the same time, I will constantly learn more to improve my own abilities with the hope of seeing Mcredit's further growth and development.”
