Mcredit Information Technology Division (MCIT) organized the workshop “Mastering Cloud First Strategy: Secrets and Experiences” on October 4 with the participation of:

• Speaker Mark Dorovan - Director, World Wide Principal Technologists of AWS, former Vice President of Capital One Bank & AWS Experts
• Mr. Nguyen Manh Khang - Deputy General Director cum Director of Information Technology of Mcredit & managers, experts, and executives who are implementing Cloud-related projects at Mcredit

The workshop brought practical knowledge from the Cloud implementation process at Capital One Bank, human resource model, and operations management on the Cloud platform, including Micro Service Design, DevOps, Agile model, management Cloud cost, and automation management.

Mr. Marks shared interesting information such as "How to manage cloud effectively?", "How to optimize costs?", "How to implement disaster recovery?", the guests participated enthusiastically and actively discussed interesting issues related to Cloud First.

The workshop is one of many interesting events held at Mcredit with the purpose of improving work quality and efficiency. Mcers had two-way conversations to directly exchange opinions, and ask practical questions based on work experience to thereby broaden their perspectives and absorb useful information from world-leading experts then apply, and contribute to the development of MCIT and Mcredit.
