Graduated from university with excellent project and harvested awards such as First Prize of FU Talent Show for 2 consecutive years (2009-2010), First Prize (Jury Gold) for Taiwan creative business ideas (2018), got a full scholarship for master’s degree of Chinese Government at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications and at the end of 2022, Ms. Ly continued to be honored by Mcredit’s Board of Directors for excellent performance.

Ms. Ly chooses Mcredit as a long-term place to work because of the young, open-minded, challenging environment and full of opportunities. She shared: “Mcredit’s leaders are talented, dynamic and have strategic vision. They defined technology as one of six transformations of the company, aligns with the vision of becoming the most convenient digital finance service and the vision of creating finance solutions to serve people. Everyone’s opinions are matter. This is the company culture that very few ones have.”

At the start of working at Mcredit, Ms. Ly also faced different challenges due to the change of working environment. With the support of leaders and the enthusiasm of young and friendly colleagues, she quickly catches up: “I think difficulties are available everywhere but they cannot stop me because I have great colleagues and leaders.”

Facing each obstacle of work, she always asks 3 questions: Does it bring benefits to the company? Does it benefit the customer? Where is it illegal? If these questions are answered, the obstacle is almost solved.

As a manager, Ms. Ly always tries to build a dynamic and professional working environment where everyone can share their point of views and can be heard without being judged. Then each team member can wake up every morning wanting to go to work, live in a happy environment thanks to meeting colleagues, creating values instead of feeling burdened.

“When I went to school, I was lazy because of the feeling those subjects would not be applicable later. However, after going to work, you will find that those subjects might not be directly applied but will equip you a much better logical and analytical mind.”

In the near future, together with Digital Application Development team, Ms. Ly hopes to build the Mcredit application to become the number 1 finance application of Vietnam, bringing smoother experience to users. This is a difficult project but with the support of colleagues and managers, she believes that they can make it possible.
