Mcredit is a place where I can give it my all with passion
Prior to joining Mcredit, I had worked at several big banks, then I researched Vietnamese consumer finance and knew about Mcredit. At that time, I realized what made Mcredit different is digital-foundation development, while being flexible and following the market closely.
Banks’ systems and working styles are regulated with existing processes and platforms, while Mcredit requires a high level of adaption since the market fluctuates every day, every hour. In addition, consumer finance is new to Vietnam, therefore I always try to learn and evaluate myself to build my own foundation based on the company’s foundation. I also make great efforts and actively set goals to force myself to adapt to the culture, environment, working style, and different systems in the shortest time. I am a workaholic but after joining Mcredit, my passion even doubled. I have grown up a lot and learned many things, especially in my profession.
The most impressive things
I’m truly impressed by Myers. Everyone is vibrant and dynamic, especially is the young and enthusiastic leader team, who quickly respond and catch up with market trends. I also receive great support from the Board of Directors and colleagues. All of them help me become stronger, and motivate me to work in the best and most effective way to contribute to the company.
Besides work, Mcredit also helps me to meet people who have the same sports passion. Outside of work, I often run and trek. These 2 sports help me enhance both my mental and physical health, recharge energy, and refresh myself to continue dedicating and completing work successfully.
