Can you share the difficulties and advantages you have encountering in your work?

The functions of IA are described quite diversely, requiring all employees to have background knowledge of all specialized units to be able to supervise and control general quality, advise on the building of KPI for different departments as well as the company.

Each task and activity entrusted to IA as well as how to continuously improve IA activities, associated with the company strategy and the goal of providing professional, effective service quality is always a challenge.

Challenges cannot make difficult for us because we always receive great support from senior executive board, leaders of departments and Mcers, so that we can complete our duties well.

In addition, “Professional and Effective, Cohere and Synergy” are always the guiding principle for me and IA Office to get our work achievements.

Do you have any special hobbies to relax after stressful working hours?

have an interesting hobby which is calligraphy. It helps me to express my inner thoughts and practice perseverance, carefulness, meticulousness and and contemplation of life's philosophies.

Can you share about your upcoming plans?

The coming time will be a more challenging phase for myself and IA Office, which is to make long term audit goals and strategies happen. I believe that with our collective strength and commitment of IA members, we will successfully complete assigned tasks as well as upgrade our activities to the next level. I hope that Mcers will always synergize for the company success.
